Habyt launches new flexible living space in Tanjong Pagar

A public tender to rent the property, now taken care of by the Singapore Land Authority (SLA), was released in September 2023. The tender was evaluated based on the bid price and the top quality of the proposed concept, and SLA urged bidders to think about creative way of life principles.

Other properties under the Habyt Flex concept include Habyt Cantonment and Owen Residence by Habyt.
