Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang
Chong Ching Yeng, primary commercial official of Coliwoo, states that the label is excited to expand its co-living portfolio inside the city fringe following the introduction of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Keeping in mind the demand among students and functioning professionals for lasting yet flexible stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang boasts convenience and convenience without endangering on quality, particularly with its prime location in the heart of Pasir Panjang.”
The spaces on the Pasir Panjang property are developed with maritime styles, integrating light grey hues and vivid marine blue colors to mirror the beach ties of the location. All spaces are self-supporting studio units with help services, including a self-service mobile app, an onsite attendant and housekeeping.
Coliwoo prepares to open additional co-living buildings in various areas next year, including River Valley Road, Rangoon Roadway, Balestier Roadway, Lavender Avenue and Arab Street.
The Pasir Panjang Road real estate extends 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the place of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the group acquired the residential property uninhabited.
The brand-new property is less than 500m from the National University of Singapore and approximately 1km from Curtin University. Positioned for convenience, it is a short trip from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD through Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Freeway, and Keppel Viaduct. The vicinity even supplies nearness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.
Coliwoo has already begun its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Resort Pasir Panjang, a four-storey building at 404 Pasir Panjang Road. The brand, a co-living branch among the real estate administration services group LHN Group, told in its announcement last September that it had actually gotten the Pasir Panjang real estate for $30 million.
